Terms of delivery
Shipping of your order will be handled during 1-2 days after we received your payment. If the order got handed over to the post office you will receive an information e-mail so you know your order is on the way.
Please note that we have a bad situation with post offices here and they are always closed around holidays, so itīs possible your order getīs delayed a bit in case of this problem. But most likely as a european\worldwide customer you wonīt notice a 2 days delay anyway.
Minimum order
No minimum order anymore, but a flat rate shipping fee of min. 5 EUR, more informations under Shipping & Returns.
Defective Items
A replacement because of disliking the music is not possible. If you received a defective item please contact us (deathstrike@deathstrike.de). We need to see if the defect was caused during shipping or was present before. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages on the postal way. Once the pack is shipped our work is done.
